WHO IS THE TRANSLATOR?
The horse reflects. Someone has to make the reflection readable — in language a leader, a team or a person in transition can actually use.
That is the work Marga has been preparing for, in one form or another, her whole professional life.

HORSES FROMTHE BEGINNING.
Marga has felt deeply connected to animals throughout her life. Horses have been part of her world since she was six.
That relationship was never a hobby with an end date. It developed through every stage of her life, and eventually became part of her professional work.

THE CREATIVE EYE.
Marga trained as a fashion designer at ESMOD and graduated with distinction. She ran her own design business for seven years and worked internationally in styling in Europe and the United States.
She works as a professional artist in Pop Art, abstract painting and figurative and nude painting, and has led drawing and creative seminars for individuals and teams.
This matters today because her creative background taught her to observe: images, movement, composition, body language, relationships — and what is not being expressed directly. Creativity is not simply another qualification. It is part of how she sees and facilitates.

WORKINGWITH PEOPLE.
More than 30 years of working with people, groups and teams: coaching, creative processes, group and seminar facilitation, leadership and team development.
Her practice also draws on meditation and attention training, Zen practices, body-oriented work, systemic and family constellation work, entrepreneurship, horse-assisted coaching and Karmic Management.
She has trained employees, built her own professional programs, and spent more than 20 years connected to body-oriented therapeutic work.

WHERE THEWORLDS MEET.
Healing by Horses emerged where Marga's lifelong connection with horses met her work in creativity, body awareness, meditation, coaching, leadership and conscious action.
Marga does not work from one fixed formula. She listens to the person, the situation and the moment — then chooses the tools that can make the experience understandable, embodied and useful.
The horse reflects. Marga translates. What happens next belongs to the participant.
